Her meal plan
Queen Latifah’s diet consists of eggs, fruit, a variety of vegetables, lean meats and other healthy foods. She makes it a point to drink plenty of fresh water to keep her body properly hydrated. Instead of following an actual strict diet, Latifah states that she doesn’t believe in strict dieting, and she feels it’s all about moderation.
Her exercise plan
Latifah doesn’t like to stick to a specific exercise plan, and as long as she remains active on a regular basis, she’s happy. She tries to ensure that she’s active at least five days a week, doing something physical. She has incorporated yoga into her life, and she also workouts out with her personal trainer. In addition, she plays ping pong, goes for long hikes, attends “Soul Cycle” classes and spends a lot of time on the treadmill and elliptical. She does whatever she’s in the mood for.
